Facility Diversions

The Facility Diversions feature allows Respond users to see a list of diversions that were entered by Dispatchers in RescueNet Dispatch. When Dispatchers make changes to this list, you will be notified on your Respond device.

Enabling Facility Diversions

The Display Facility Diversions feature defaults to OFF (unchecked). To enable this feature:

Note: You must be an administrator to enable this feature in ZOLL Online.

  1. Log onto ZOLL Online.

  2. Click View on the Respond tile.

  3. On the navigation bar, click Company Settings.

  4. Under the Communication Permissions heading, look for Facility Diversions.

  5. Check the box next to Display Facility Diversions.

  6. Scroll down to the bottom and click Save.
