Allow trip notes

The "Allow trip notes" setting gives crew members the ability add notes to their assigned trip and read notes from Dispatch.

Notes can be added on the Active Trip tab > Trip information window by clicking Notes. The note will display on the "Trip information" page. Dispatchers will be able to see the note in RNDB Tab 6. On the flip side, if a Dispatcher adds a note in RNDB Tab 6 for the assigned trip, that note will also display in Respond on the "Trip information" page under Notes.

Administrators can turn on trip notes by logging onto ZOLL Online and then Respond (version 9.0 and above).

1. Click Company Settings in the navigation bar.

2. Under the Misc. heading, check the box next to "Allow add trip notes."

   

3. Scroll down to the bottom and click Save.

Allow signature capture

The "Allow signature capture" setting allows users to capture patient signatures for transports within the Respond application. Captured signatures are uploaded to RescueNet Dispatch and Billing, and attached to the specific run under Tab 8 (attachments). This feature is turned off by default.

By default, Signature Capture is turned off. To enable or disable this feature:

1. Log onto ZOLL Online and then click the Respond tile.
2. Click Company Settings on the Respond navigation bar.

3. The Allow signature capture option under the Misc. heading, controls this feature. When checked, the feature is enabled. When unchecked, the feature is disabled.

   

4. You can add a customized signature message in the box.

5. Click Save.
