Inspection Violation Template

The Violation Template is used for emailing inspection results to your customers. The form has two parts: the message to be posted when violations exist, and the message to be posted when no violations were found.

Creating a Violation Template

  1. In the left navigation of ZOLL Fire Reports, click FIRE Admin, select Fire Inspection in the 'Select a Module' drop-down, and click on the Violation Template tab.

  2. Enter information into each field.

    1. Header: Displays below your fire department name. Enter the name of the inspection bureau for your department or any other desired content.

    2. Contact: Contact information (address, phone, website) displays under the header.

    3. Report Body for noted violation(s): Text that displays above the list of violations created during an inspection.

    4. Report Body for no violation: Text to be included when no violations were created during an inspection.

    5. Footer: Text to display at the bottom of the email. The name of the inspector and any signatures collected during an inspection will display below this footer.
