Removing ZOLL emsCharts for Windows

1. Before proceeding you must upload all charts from your device or that data will be lost!

2. If you use the Mobile Administration Windows Service, you will need to uninstall that first.

   • In Windows 'Add or Remove Programs', it will be listed as 'emsChartsDiagnosticToolSetUp'

   • In Windows 'Apps & Features', it will be listed as 'emsCharts Diagnostic Tool'

3. Uninstall ZOLL emsCharts for Windows via Windows 'Add or Remove Programs' or 'Apps & Features'.

• Version 3 will be listed as "emsCharts Mobile V3"

• Version 4.0.10+ will be listed as "ZOLL emsCharts for Windows V4"

4. IMPORTANT! This step should only be done if you are upgrading from ZOLL emsCharts for Windows version 3 to version 4.

   Delete the installation folder.

   • On 64-bit machines the default version 3 folder is:

     C:\Program Files\emsCharts\emsCharts Mobile V3

   • On 32-bit machines the default version 3 folder is:

     C:\Program Files (x86)\emsCharts\emsCharts Mobile V3
