Application Core functionality

This section includes new features, functionality, and bug fixes. The video below will provide an overview of the changes.

CAD Import

• ZOLL emsCharts NOW version 6.0 will display the Unit assigned to the trip and the Dispatched date/time on the CAD Import screen for each record available to import.

  

• Resolved an issue where imported GPS coordinates could initially prevent a chart uploading.

Patient - Initial Assessment

• ZOLL emsCharts NOW version 6.0 supports documentation of Initial Assessment:

  • Neuro

  • Airway

  • Respiratory

  • Cardio

  

Quick Actions

• Configured Cardiac Quick Action buttons are now supported.

Attachments

• ZOLL emsCharts NOW version 6.0 will display four Quick Action buttons per row on phones when in landscape orientation.

  

• Resolved an issue where Airway Quick Action buttons could create an additional blank record on the Timeline.

App upgrades

• ZOLL emsCharts NOW version 6.0 provides a more flexible application upgrade window.

  • Users will have a 14-day window from the release date to upgrade to the latest version of ZOLL emsCharts NOW.

Known issues

Past Medical History

• Only “Basic” and “ICD/NEMSIS Basic” configurations for Surgical History Layout are supported with version 6.0.

Actions and Quick Action buttons

• Not all Actions and configured Quick Actions will be displayed in ZOLL emsCharts NOW version 6.0.
