Before using ZOLL emsCharts, you will need to configure the Service General page. This page collects basic Service information such as your agency's name, contact information, and region and command facility. This information is used in your system's operation and will be included in your NEMSIS files.
To access the Service General page, if you are logged in as:
- Service: Click Configuration. The page opens to Service on the General tab.
- Command: Click Configuration. The page opens to the General tab under Command Fac.

When you are done, click SAVE and then move onto Set up your base sites.
