Case Uploads Report

Use the Case Uploads Report to see the number of cases uploaded during a specific date range. The date range has a maximum of three months.

1. On the navigation bar, click Settings.

2. On the Settings menu, click 'Case Uploads Report'.

3. Click the From and To field to select dates from the calendar.

   Click Download report. The system will generate a CSV file.

   Click the file to open it.

   

The columns in the report provide the following data:

• Date: Date the case/audio submission success/error occurred
• CaseFilesSubmissions: Number of cases uploaded
• CaseFilesSubmissionFailures: Number of cases that failed to upload
• CaseFilesDuplicateSubmissions: Number of cases attempted to upload but already existed
• AudioFilesSubmissions: Total number of upload audio file attempts (successes and failures)
• AudioFilesSubmissionSuccesses: Number of uploaded audio files that succeeded
• AudioFilesSubmissionFailures: Number of uploaded audio files that failed for any reason
• AudioFilesDuplicateSubmissions: Number of audio files attempted to uploaded but failed because it already existed
• AudioFilesTooManyMatches: Number of audio files attempted to upload but failed because it matched more than one case
• AudioFilesCaseAlreadyHasAudio: Number of audio files attempted to associate with a case but failed because the case already had audio associated
• AudioFilesUnknownError: Number of audio files that encountered an unknown error
