Full Disclosure Report

The Full Disclosure Report displays the ECG strip that the defib prints out. You can customize this report to show all or only specific waveforms that are included in the case.

Available waveforms include:

ECG
ECG 2
ECG 3
ECG 4
EtCO2
SpO2
IBP 1
IBP 2
IBP 3
CPR Waveform
CPR Bar
Filtered ECG

A drop-down list shows the cases that are available to export in bold. If the event waveform is not in the case, it will still be visible but not selectable (in gray).

Pick one or more waveforms to be included in the report.

The selected event waveforms display in the drop-down bar.

After the report generates, click the .zip link to download to your device.

Click Generate Full Disclosure report to generate a .zip file.

Inside the .zip is a PDF.

The .pdf will show all the event waveforms.

Note: Due the length of the case and the contents chosen, the generation of the report could take a few minutes and the report could be many pages long.
