Delete Cases

  1. On the Manage Cases page, click the case to highlight. If you want to delete multiple cases, continue clicking cases until you highlight each case you want to delete.
  2. Click Delete Cases.
  3. On the confirmation window, click Delete. The deleted case(s) will be removed from the page upon refresh.
Note: If you are thinking of deleting a case, a good rule to follow is to save the exported case locally prior to deleting it. That way you can easily restore it using the manual upload method if you deleted it by mistake.

Note to administrators: To grant users permission to delete case, go to Settings and enable the Allow non admin users to delete cases permission in the user's account profile.
