Audit Log

Note: Access to the Audit Log may be restricted by your Company Administrator via the company settings.

The Audit Log records user actions on upload cases:

  • When a user uploads the case, a "File uploaded" entry is logged
  • Any time a user clicks any of the tabs in a opened case such as Playback, CPR Zoom, Exports, etc,. a 'Case Viewed' log entry is logged
  • Editing the CPR creates a "Case edited" log entry
  • Other examples of logged user actions include:
    • Raw Case file downloaded with audio
    • Added to Case Summary export
    • Added to CPR data export
    • Case file downloaded
  • Editing patient info generates a "File updated" log entry that can be expanded for additional details

To get to the Audit Log:

  1. On the CaseReview Navigation Bar, click Manage Cases.

  2. Click the case start time.

  3. Click the Audit Log tab.
