Auto Change from Submitted to Follow-up - Un-Adjudicated

To draw attention to claims that have remained in a Submitted state for an extended period, ZOLL Billing automatically updates the claim status from Submitted to Follow-up - Un-adjudicated.

This automatic change is based on the following number of days:

30 days after submission

• Medicare & Medicare Replacement

• Railroad Medicare

• Medicaid & Medicaid Managed Care

• Commercial Payers

60 days after submission

• Auto

• Workers Comp

• Facility Payers

• All non-primary claims (excluding patient)

90 days after submission

• VA (90 days is set for the VA for both primary and non-primary claims)
