You don't need to leave the Line-item Editor to find a claim. Instead search right from the Line-item Editor page! The search result will show the claim number, service date, patient's name and address, and the claim's balance.

1. On the Line-item Editor page, click the icon.

2. Search using only one field such as the last name or narrow the search by entering information in multiple fields.

3. Click Search.

4. Click the radio button next to the result you want to use and then click Continue. The payment details will display on the Line-item Editor page.

In addition, when entering a number in the ‘Claim #’ field, the type-ahead results will now display the claim balance along with the claim number and service date.
