Adjustment Posting

Users with the "Adjustment posting" permission can access the "Adjust balance" button on the Claim page > Credits tab. If this setting is not enabled, this button does not display.

Note: In addition to enabling this permission, you will need to also grant access to:

• Edit complete claim credits/balance

• View completed claim
